The following warranties and remedies are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, terms of conditions, express, implied or statutory, as to any matter whatsoever, including without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, satisfactory quality, title, and non-infringement, all of which are expressly disclaimed by Fossil (UK) Ltd. Fossil (UK) Ltd. shall not be liable for incidental, consequential, indirect, special or punitive damages or liabilities of any kind arising out of or in connection with the sale or use of this product, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict product liability or any other theory, even if Fossil (UK) Ltd. has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if any limited remedy specified herein is deemed to have failed of its essential purpose. Fossil's entire liability shall be limited to replacement or repair or refund of the purchase price paid, at Fossil's sole option.
Some countries, states or provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of implied warranties or the limitation of incidental or consequential damages so the above limitations and exclusions may be limited in their application to you. When implied warranties may not be excluded in their entirety, they will be limited to the duration of the applicable written warranty. This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may have other rights, which may vary from country to country. In the UK, nothing in this warranty will affect your statutory rights.
This warranty is void if the watch has been damaged by accident, negligence of persons other than authorised Fossil (UK) Ltd. sales or service agents, unauthorised service, or other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship.
Watches
Your FOSSIL watch is warranted by Fossil (UK) Ltd. for a period of two [2] years from the original date of purchase under the terms and conditions of this warranty. The Fossil (UK) Ltd. warranty covers mechanical and manufacturing defects. A copy of the Delivery Note is required for proof of purchase.
During the warranty period, the watch movement, hands, and dial are the only components covered under this warranty. A covered component will be repaired or the watch will be replaced free of repair charge if it proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use.
In case of replacement, Fossil (UK) Ltd. cannot guarantee that you will receive the same model watch. If your model is not available, a watch of equal value or similar style will be provided. The warranty for the replacement watch ends two [2] years from the date the replacement watch is received.
The warranty does not cover:
- crystal, strap or bracelet
- damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents or normal wear and tear
- water damage unless marked water-resistant (5 ATM or above)
- indirect or consequential damage resulting from the defects or inaccuracy or inoperativeness of the watch
For Service work that is not covered under this warranty, the service centre may perform the services you request for a charge dependent on watch style and type of work requested. These charges are subject to change. Such charges will be notified and agreed by you prior to performing the services.

Do not send original packaging, as it will not be returned. Fossil (UK) Ltd. highly recommends you insure your parcel and adequately protect the watch during shipment. Fossil (UK) Ltd. is not responsible for product lost or damaged during shipment.
Leathers
Our limited warranty covers against defects in material or workmanship one year from the date of purchase. A valid sales receipt must be included to show your product was purchased within the warranty period.
Once your product is inspected and a defect is found due to manufacturer's workmanship, we will replace your product with the same style or an equivalent style of equal value based on the purchase price. At this time, Fossil will not repair damaged leather products, we will replace them if the conditions of this warranty are met.
This warranty is void if the leather product has been damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorised service, or other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship, or a valid receipt is not included.
Should service be required, please contact the Service Center for an estimate of charges, and then send your leather item, and a copy of your Delivery Note to:

Along with your leather product, please include the following:
- A note which includes your name and return address, phone number and email address. Also, within that note, detail the problem you are having with your product.
- A copy of your Delivery Note.
Reminders when sending your leather product to us for service:
- We encourage you to send your package insured or through a traceable shipper. Fossil (UK) Ltd. is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit to us.
- Your leather product will be inspected and replaced within 3 to 5 weeks of the date that we receive your package if all the conditions of this warranty are met.
Leather Care & Cleaning Instructions:
Fossil handbags are designed and crafted of the finest materials available. To maintain the appearance of your Fossil handbag we recommend the following:
- The leather can be cleaned using a quality leather care lotion.
- If needed on silver finished hardware, a liquid cleaner recommended for silver plate can be used. AS WITH ANY CLEANING PRODUCT PLEASE FOLLOW THE LABEL DIRECTIONS CAREFULLY.
- Fossil handbags should be kept free of moisture.
Only leather products sold through fossil.co.uk are subject to the terms of the warranty.
Sunwear
Fossil Sunglasses have a limited warranty that covers against breakage due to defects in material or workmanship one year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not include scratches to the lens. A dated delivery note is required to establish date of purchase.
Once your product is inspected and a defect is found due to manufacturer's workmanship, we will replace your product with the same style or an equivalent style of equal value based on the purchase price. At this time, Fossil will not repair damaged eyewear products. We will replace them if the conditions of this warranty are met.
This warranty is void if the eyewear product has been damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorised service, or other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship, or a valid sales receipt is not included.
Should service be required, please contact the Service Center for an estimate of charges, and then send your eyewear, and a copy of your Delivery Note to:

Your FOSSIL jewellery is warranted by Fossil (UK) Ltd. for a period of one year from the original date of purchase under the terms and conditions of this warranty. The Fossil (UK) Ltd. warranty covers material and manufacturing defects. A copy of the Delivery Note is required for proof of purchase.
This warranty is void if the item has been damaged by accident, negligence of persons other than authorised Fossil (UK) Ltd. sales or service agents, unauthorised repair, or other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship.
In case of replacement, Fossil cannot guarantee that you will receive the same model of jewellery. If your model is not available, an item of equal value and similar appearance will be provided.
